  • 1st day and nervous!

    Hi,

    I am trying to lose a re-gained 30 pounds after losing them early last year! I actually lost 50 pounds, but after regaining more than half, I am taking action before I get reacquainted with all of it.

    This board seems friendly and helpful, so I will be posting more info in a journal as soon as I get to making one!

    I am female and in my 30's and tired of this same game.

    Today was first day of Atkins and it went well. I am only a little bit hungry as meal time approaches. I am glad to not feel like I'm starving!

    Look forward to meeting all of you!
