Hello people!
I started induction on 3/9/10, and that's the day I found this website. I read many threads that helped me tremendously, and I decided to become an official member, because I def have a lot of concerns and questions about little things, and so many people here seem very knowledgable.
This is my second try at the atkins lifestyle. In late October 2008(my 24th birthday), I decided I was ready to commit to something that would improve my health, looks, and let me be comfortable in my body. I started Atkins, and by the end of March had gone from 285 to 195!! As, you can imagine, and as many of you have experienced, this was WONDERFUL to me. (I posted b4 and aft pix in the forum if anyone wants to go take a peek)
However, since then, my life got a little crazy and I slipped off the Atkins wagon. Not quite into a pile of bagels and pasta, but I definetly was not on any type of diet. Since then, I have gained back 15 of the 90-ish pounds I lost and had been going 5 pounds up and down on the scale so much I was getting dizzy. So I am starting again. I read the book this time around! I am in it to win it this time, and I'm not stopping until I reach my goal of about 150.
Thanks for all the information I have already received from this site, I look forward to even more!
