    Hi, I'm new here, and although this isn't my first time trying Atkins, I feel that I'm finally in it for the long haul. I am a 5'10 women who is now at the heaviest I'v ever been. I still cant believe that the scale reads 237!!! I recently lost about 10 lbs on a low calorie diet, but was always hungry. I havent been under 200lbs in the last 10 years and I hope that this is my answer!

          Welcome back to Atkins and this board!

          Since you've done the plan before, I assume you have the 2002 edition of the book, so good luck and keep us posted.

            Welcome back -- read the book again (if you've read it before) to get your mind back to the Atkins way of eating. Drink enough pure water daily, eat the correct food (check your list for the proper foods), exercise and most of all enjoy yourself.

            There is a group called STAC (Second Time Around Club)...you may be extra support there. Good luck to you - you can do this.
