Names Mark. I started carb cycling 7 days ago, my powerlifting coach put me on it. I'm shooting to lose 70 lbs of body weight, and attempt to keep my strength up during the process however understand I may lose some of it. I'll continue lifting heavy and doing sustained intensity cardio while cutting carbs. I may eventually go strictly atkins in the future but right now, the past 7 days I've lost 6 pounds, water weight I'm sure but it's still weight. Here's to learning everything I can about this as we go.

welcome... and this thing could work for you... if you do it the right way.. you'll lose faster... and you'll still have plenty of veggies for nutrition....
