Hello again
Hello everyone
I Joined Atkins about a year ago, but got pregnant after about 3 months. - the weight was flying off and I was so happy as every other diet I tried, I failed miserably at.
I had to stop doing Atkins when I found out that I was pregnant, but I knew that once I had had my baby and got back on track, the weight would come off again.
I had a beautiful baby boy on 29th December 2009 and I have stopped breast feeding now.
I have decided to get back on the induction faze and I have been on it for about 3 weeks.
I'm doing really well and have already lost quite a lot of weight already.
My husband is cooking very nice meals for me and I am full of energy - which is very helpful when you have got a new born and a 2 year old to entertain!
I'll keep you all posted on how I am doing and I hope that you are all enjoying this diet as much as I am
