Mornin' All!
Just starting Induction phase and a bit worried about how much I will lose as I started a regimen of prednisone yesterday. Anyone know what effects it will have? Other than that I look forward to the adventure!

Sorry, results are individual with or without Prednisone. It is also affected by your resistance to loss, age, gender, adherence to the plan, etc. but you will lose--that is the important thing.JILL
