  • Hello, again

    HI all,
I was briefly onboard here last November, but a serious family illness and long sessions sitting next to a hospital bed put an end to both visiting the boards and to my Atkins endeavor.

But life has settled out now and I'm back. I started my WOE last Friday. It's now Tuesday and I'm feeling great. Not as puffy, and--the best part--in control of my life instead of life controlling me. Amazing how choosing what I put in my mouth makes me feel more like I'm choosing how to live my whole life.

Anyway, I've ready through a lot of the archives, said hello on the Second Time Around threads and am looking forward to a great new WOE so I can stop wagging around all this extra baggage and up my energy level.

I've got too much to do in life to let my own body hold me back.
    Onward!

        Re: Hello, again

Thanks Liv and Jill! It's great to be back. I love the support here.
I keep reading the success stories over and over again, every time I start feeling antsy about this WOE.
Have been feeling great (until last two days.) Posted a question about tummy burn on the 14-day induction thread. Hope someone answers soon.
