This is my first time doing Atkins. I started back on January 25 and have lost 20.6 lbs to date. I am 29 years old and have not had this success on any other diet. I do miss a lot of my favorite foods, but I have my mind set and just look at all the good things I can eat instead of the foods I cannot eat. I am hoping this will give me some extra encouragement.
