  • NEWBE Getting ready to start

    I'm reading the books, and I'm just getting my head around the diet.
    Any suggestions for Breakfasts, Egg and bacon sounds wonderful but not every day. Any other suggestions from the old hands would be greatfuly received.
    I've got between 2 or 3 stone to lose if I can. I'm 15st 4lbs at the start, and live in Hampshire in the UK.

      I eat eggs nearly every morning but add different veggies or meats & cheeses to them to make the taste different. Actually days I've eaten other things I find myself hungry sooner than mornings I eat eggs.

      Anything can be considered "breakfast".....a salad, leftovers, chicken - whatever you decide to eat.

      Good luck. Make sure you drink enough pure water daily (64 ounces minimum - or about 1.89 litre) read the book, journal, ask questions....meet people - just remember, it's something you do for a lifetime not just until the weight comes off so find what works for you and stick with it.
