Hello to all the wonderful people on here!
This is my second time doing the Atkins diet. I did it approximately 10 years ago when I was in my twenties and was able to lose over 20 pounds. I was able to keep the weight off for years, but the last couple of years I got really lax with my eating habits and put the weight back on...and then some. I am currently on rung 3 of OWL. I started out at 156 lbs on my first day of induction - the heaviest I've ever been. I am now at 148 pounds.
I am excited to be back doing Atkins! I wish this board would have been around the first time I did the diet (maybe it was???) It's been a HUGE help this time around.
The only problem I seem to have is forcing myself to get enough vegetables each day. I truly detest vegetables, and it is very hard for me to eat them every day.
How many vegetables should I be consuming at rung 3?
