  • New to Atkins

So I am new to atkins... not to dieting, but for the past two years I have just gained and gained, no matter what I did. I know carbs are my issue and am desperate to change... I work out a lot and still do not lose weight, I am ready for a change.. this weight is getting in the way of my running.

I am actually so discouraged that I don't know how to go on So this is my only option... I am looking for any suggestions or tips anyone has. I am reading the Atkins book and praying for self control....

    Re: New to Atkins

Welcome to ADBB, don't be discourage. Yes it will be a challenge at the beginning when you start but that will pass as long as you stick with it. Try for the first 14 days and see how you feel after.

It was hard for me, I started and stopped at least twice since I have been doing it. I rejoined recently.

      Re: New to Atkins

      Welcome, Steph!

Which "Atkins book" are you reading?

      What did you eat today?

Did you plan your menu for tomorrow?
