So I am new to atkins... not to dieting, but for the past two years I have just gained and gained, no matter what I did. I know carbs are my issue and am desperate to change... I work out a lot and still do not lose weight, I am ready for a change.. this weight is getting in the way of my running.
I am actually so discouraged that I don't know how to go on
So this is my only option... I am looking for any suggestions or tips anyone has. I am reading the Atkins book and praying for self control....
