    Hi! I'm new

    Hi
    My name is Carolyn. I'm 49, 5'7", 200 lbs. I started induction 2 weeks ago and have lost 6 lbs. I'm staying in extended induction because I have about 50 more lbs to lose. Good luck to Everyone!

      Welcome to ADBB!

      OWL would probably be your best path to long term success ... make sure you read Chapters 12 and 13 in your DANDR.
