Starting over!
Hello Everyone, 
My name is Alex, I am so happy to be here posting to you all. I just want to say that It's been years since I've felt the excitement for a journey into a Healthy Lifestyle. Starting over for me means not only lossing weight, but enjoy every moment of it, get active, reconnect with lost friends, and finally allow myself to do, experience, and be everything my self-conciousness and shyness prevent me to accomplish.
