Hi, I am on day 10 of induction and have lost 6.2 lbs so far! I had a few frustrating days at the beginning, but I have gotten a reliable scale and am feeling much better about everything. I lost about 40 lbs since January 2009 doing Weight Watchers type dieting, but have been stuck around 165 since November. I absolutely LOVE carbs, but my boyfriend has been successful on Atkins before so I figured I'd give it a try! (He went back on it 6 days ago) I want to get back down to 125, and fit into the one pair of skinny jeans I kept from my smaller self!
