Hi everyone! My name is Sarah, and I am the newest of the newbies. This is my first time trying any kind of bulletin board. So, after many failed attempts at dieting, maybe sharing my efforts will keep me on track and motivated. I joined a gym, said goodbye to my last beloved Mountain Dew, and am prepared to do what it takes to make a difference in myself, emotionally as well as physically.
