  • Hello There !! Just popping by to say whoo HOO !!

    I am so looking forward to this new journey of mine - Atkins Diet.

    I have tried it before and was dreading doing it again as I just hated the breakfast times - Am not a great cook so found it hard to be creative. However since having a peek around here I am really inspired to get back onto it and feel some hope that I can do it this time...

    The things I have to look out for are cravings for sweet stuff but that only happens - sorry boys - When my curse comes about,,,, Drives me mad... I don't think it is an excuse at all as I do get really bad blood level dips - However this is all about the challenge right? I will do it...

    Looking forward to meeting new people here and being supportive too...

        TOM can be tough with those cursed cravings but there are some great recipes to make you feel like you have satisfies the craving without cheating. You will figure it out!
