hi all. its my second time around. havent done atkins in 5 yrs. have to say its very effective and fast. i went off it before because i became pregnant.
. so 2day is my first day back and i rearing to go. believe it or not i only had breakfast dis morn of scrambeled eggs, cheese bacon bits with cherry tomatoes and spring onions all mixed together. yum . cup of coffee and cream. after dis im having a late lunch of prawn salad. i realise when i am on the atkins plan i eat much healtier like spinnach and broccolli. otherwise i cud eat 5 slices of bread a day with pizza and pasta been my fav. im weighing in at 14st 11lb and hope to be down to 9.5ish in the next few mths. best of luck to eveyone else starting out and im looking forward in reporting back on my progress to a happier healty life.
