    Welcome to ADBB!

    What was discouraging?

Was it really worth the cheat?

        Welcome woods!

Just hang in there and you will lose more. Sometimes it just takes awhile for our bodies to adjust to our new way of eating.

Are you exercising at all? Maybe you could join one or more of the exercise challenges that will be starting at the first of the month.

I did not really work out but one day last week. I cheated and had a hamburger and birthday cake. I don't really think it was worth it but, it did quickly get me back on track. I just keep asking myself is my scale broke. This week I am going to give it a 110%. Thanks all for the motivation.

Oh... I thought you had something fancy for your cheat.

Well, you can have hamburger without the bun... and if you really want a bun, you can make Revolution Rolls.

There are also dessert recipes, although my advice would be to avoid sweets for a while.

Were you discouraged that you didn't work out or that you lost 6 lbs? 6 lbs is over 10% of the 50 you'd like to lose... and 20% of 30! That's a significant weight loss for 2 weeks.
