    Not a Newbie, just need a New Start

    Hi my name is Richard, Todd is my middle name....Im not new to this forum. I am not new to Atkins. but have fell off the wagon and need to get back on this WOE for health purposes, and for overall more self esteem and energy and to look better. i know this WOE--way of eating--works cause i lost 60 lbs on Atkins before back in 2005 when i ran accross this website. So i am determined to start April 1st, and get back on the wagon. I will post before pics soon, and hope to take advantage of these great forums and information. I am in the process of reading the book as well. Thanks for listening and replying.

    is there anyway to change my I.D. or is it impossible to do?
