    Hi everyone!! My name is vickie and im 22 years old and starting out on the induction phase tomorrow. I have about 20 stubborn pounds to lose that wont budge anymore, no matter what i eat or dont eat, or how much i work out. I figure this diet might help jumpstart my weightloss, and help me adapt to a new lifestyle where "evil" carbs are no longer "controlling" my life. If anyone has any tips on how to get through the induction phase the easiest, and tips on how to really get what you need out of the induction phase, please feel free to comment me or message me. Thanks so much!! Im so excited to start this!

      easiest way to do induction is to read the book so you understand exactly why you can and can't have something and then just commit to doing 14 days of clean eating with the mandatory exercise part of the plan too and see on day 15 how much smaller and lighter you are.
