Hi everyone!! My name is vickie and im 22 years old and starting out on the induction phase tomorrow. I have about 20 stubborn pounds to lose that wont budge anymore, no matter what i eat or dont eat, or how much i work out. I figure this diet might help jumpstart my weightloss, and help me adapt to a new lifestyle where "evil" carbs are no longer "controlling" my life. If anyone has any tips on how to get through the induction phase the easiest, and tips on how to really get what you need out of the induction phase, please feel free to comment me or message me.
