Good Evening,
I have been back on Atkins for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I am loosing much more slowly than I did in my 20's when I first had great success with Atkins.
I need to be accountable and I notice many of you have fitness goals w/situps, pushups, distance running etc. I was wondering how I can get involved. Exercising is the one thing that I am currently lacking. I miss my low carb life style. I have really let myself go and am feeling so much better now that I am making better choices.
