    Starting again...NOW!

    Hi! I'm Valerie. I love food!!! I have had a lot of success with the Atkins Diet before and here I am again. This time, I need the motivation and the support. My kids are older, we are more active and fast food has become my best friend. I'm looking to sever those ties and break my bad eating habits.

    Im kicking off my induction right now. Feel free to give me a swift kick in the arse if I start slacking or pinch my love handles to keep me on track!

    i have a feeling i'm going to need it this time

      Hi Valerie, welcome back to Atkins and welcome to ADBB. We use the 2002 version here. Stick with it and you will do just fine.
