  • Let me introduce myself.... ;)

Hey guys, so I'm Danielle and I'm still in my induction phases (Day 10!!!). My goal isn't really a major weight loss one, I'm not fat or obese, infact most people if they saw me down the street would think that I have no weight to lose! I started this diet weighing 9.5 stone (133lb)... Yeah, I know not heavy at all. But over the years weight has started of creep up on me (going up 3 dess sizes in 1 year!), and I have descided to take action now, as you may know yourself, that if you are over weight, it probably just seemed of happened, you woke up one morning and was like "What have I done to myself?". This is why I am taking part in the diet, as it's easier to prevent, than to cure! My ideal weight is 8 stone/112lb, this may seem very low in some people's opinions, however I have naturally quite a small frame and naturally my healthy self does not actually weigh much. My ideal weight is just a guideline at the moment anyway, my aim of all this is actually to gain back my confident self and.... fingers crossed feel happy about being in a bikini this summer!!!

Small frame--Me too. Weight itself doesn't tell the story . The key number to know is BODY FAT %. I'm only 120 lbs but I'm hauling around 30% fat despite also having decent muscle mass (lifetime of strength training). Have you ever had your % body fat tested? If you know that number, it is possible to calculate your desired goal weight. Example : http://www.muscleandstrength.com/too...-calipers.html

        Good luck and welcome!
