    Hi there!

    I'm new to the forums, but not so new to the Atkins diet. For years, I've tried the induction phase, only to make it a few days, a week at the very most. I couldn't handle the bad headaches and fatigue. Now that I am self-employed, I'm totally motivated to give this another shot. Less excuses to make, and more free time to take care of my body! I hope this forum will help me stay motivated. I love reading the success stories I've found here (which is what lead me to this website). You are all an inspiration!

    BMI 29 - In progress!
    170lbs - In progress!
    Size 12 - In progress!

    Wonderful to have you here. Yes I love the success stories too. They keep me going and on track.
    what may also help you is to post often and get to be part of the community. It helps to keep you going.
    Drink pleny of water and have some advil ready for when the induction flu comes around. I stocked up with some videos and books and just rested. After one day it was over.

        Welcome....

        I just joined the forum too. This is my second go of induction and I'm coming to the end of my second week. I felt similar to you my first week and made a complete turnaround this week. I actually have more energy than before I started.

        Hang in there it will get much better!
