  • Returning to Atkins and Hello Forumn

Hi all, I have been on the Atkin's programme before and never really left the induction phase, extending it past the 14 days, messing up and not going back, I have done this a lot before, now am bigger than I have ever been, and would love some help shifting the pounds and taking up a new life style for good. I will be starting in the next week or so.

    Welcome to ADBB!

I will be starting in the next week or so.
I would suggest you plan your start on a specific day... so that it doesn't become one of those "always tomorrow" events.

Great that you realized Atkins is a way of eating for life, and not just a diet.

Are you reading Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002)? That's the book we follow at ADBB.

This time I hope you are reading up on the Ongoing Weight Loss section and planning to move past Induction. A lot of folks stay in Induction and eventually snap but OWLing gives you more variety and teaches you good lifelong habits.
