    Good Afternoon,

    Happy Easter everyone. My name is Gloria. I am new to the forum. Just trying to get in the groove. I will probably starting my Induction phase on Wednesday this week.. I hope to have success on this journey. I plan to do the induction phase, if possible for 28-days. I have a lot of weight to lose. I will need as much support as possible. I wish to lose at least 80lbs.

      No, Not yet! I waiting for money so that I can go do my shopping. I will be well on my way. I know the first 7-10 days will be difficult. If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it. I'm just going to try to keep it very simple at first. How long have you been doing the atkins diet and how much have you lost so far?

        When you shop make sure you get the 2002 book while you are at it. It has the rules about how to follow the diet. And following it it a T is what makes you successful.

        I think Georgina has her stats on top of the page like most of us two. And you do too. Good job!!

              I have a couple of atkins diet books. Dr atkins new diet revolution and the atkins advantage book. I believe both of these books will be very helpful. Anyone have any quick meal (no cooking) meals to share with me the the induction part I would really appreciate it. I am actual going to try to start tommorrow to cut down on my carbs.
