Hi there. I'm starting Atkins today and wanted to say Hi. Lost 3 stone a couple of years ago on the Cambridge diet then put 2 back on.

Seems so odd that I let that happen!! But this time after reading the book it looks like atkins is a way of eating for life so I'm excited and hopeful!

This forum looks AMAZING.. with so many helpful people on it.. so any pitfalls for the first week that you experienced would help me loads! xx

Welcome! Best advice for those early weeks is to READ THE BOOK BEFORE YOU BEGIN. It will save you a lot of mistakes.
