    Hi everyone

    I'm back after a very long stray and gaining the weight back I previously lost with Atkins and regular work out.

    My strategy for this time (3rd time) is to move up the phases and not stay on induction for months.

    I'm hopeful to keep motivated and on track this time. Following the Atkins routine instantly lets me feel better, I have so much energy it's fabulous.

    Hi Salima, I'm glad to hear that you will be climbing the rungs - I really believe that the big challenge is developing better habits for life, not losing the weight intially (we've all done that & re-gained it ) Best wishes for success,

    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        You're right Julie it sure is about changing lifestyle and eating habits.

          Push-ups: 450/800
          Abs: 850/1900
          Squats: 650/1200
          Lunges: 500/1000
          Strength: 490/1200
          Running: 50/100 km


          2 Years on Atkins.................. President Challenge Medals earned
