Hello all! I'm excited to be here but most of all to find all y'all at-kins this is my second time to do this , I wish I hadent gone off now I have over 200 pounds to lose .I'm not going to let that detour me though I need help with drinks thats my worst problem! I like water but need something else as well I don't care about sweets in food but I love sweet drinks! Help! The only diet drink I really like , that I've tried is sprite .

You don't "need" anything other than water ... you "want" something else ... there's a difference.
Only water is water ... and that's what your body NEEDS.
There's a limit, as you know, of 3 servings of sweetener per day. Do you want to waste that on diet soda ... which isn't even good for you?J.

Good Luck! I am back to this again as well, started Monday 4/6. Instead of 30 lbs i have 60 lbs to go, but I am motivated, already walking 5-7 miles a day with my dogs, and eating only 3 meals. I think this is the most motivated I have ever been, so I hope to motivate others as well!

Ditto what J. wrote about diet sodas. You'd be better off starving your sweet tooth and going without sodas.
