Good morning everyone!
Re-started on 4/7 after 6 mos being off-plan. Lost 33 lbs in 4 mos the last time around, but gained better health, stamina and sense of well being.
)
I also felt like super woman because (I think) the protein helped pump up my workouts. I had a partner in crime the last time around (my neighbor) for my work outs and she was fantastic - keeping up with my crazy ideas ("Oh, you haven't been on a bike since high school? Let's do an 11 mile ride to the farmer's market then." Of course, I didn't know it was 11 miles until *much* later - when the endorphins wore off and I could feel - every - single - muscle screaming).
It is harder to keep up the exercise without a 'buddy' to keep you honest and help challenge you, but I am hoping that she will come around when the weather warms up and stays warm.
Anyway, have re-started a few times over the past couple of months because I found that the two eggs I used to eat in the morning for breakfast have begun to make my stomach cramp up. This happened last time with the sausage I would eat with the eggs, so I cut out the sausage, but now I am finding that the eggs are doing it too. I struggled through two halves of a deviled egg yesterday morning, but couldn't eat the other two halves due to the stomach issue.
Anyone else have this problem? If yes, what did you do to get around it?
