Hello, my name is Christy I started Atkins 14 day ago and have now lost 9 lbs Yay!! I started on 3/24/2010 weighing 263 and 4/9/2010, today, I weigh 255. Iam so excited to have found this sight. It is so helful to know that Im not alone and that I can be supported on here. I dont get much support from those around me so its nice to know you all are here.
