Back! yessssss! ...ticker help please...

Hi!
I started Atkins back in 2006, I lost a lot of weight, as a result I got pregnant with my 3rd child, and then when I was getting ready to start again, I got pregnant with my 4th and last child, so , here I'm, very excited!!
Can anybody explain me how to put my ticker up?

One does not need to stop Atkins while pregnant or nursing. Doing Maintenance is perfectly fine.
