    Hi all my name is Sonja. I use to have a great body back in the day, but hey didn't we all, LOL... I am a wife, mom, nurse and full-time student, and I have totally let myself go. I went from 118 to my current 183, aughhh !!! I just want to be healthy and happy again not only for myself but for my family as well. I just want to be happy and comfortable in my own skin again !!!

    Ha ha---yep---we all had a great body back in the day! I know I took mine for granted until I ballooned up to 188!
