    thank you- i drink about 3/4-1 gal of pure WATER per day + others...and i really dont drink ALOT of crystal light, sometimes I replace it in my gallon jug bc I work out hard and its a nice taste- but loosing it isn't a huge deal to me!

    Hey Farley, I actually LIKE the yolk- i choose not to eat it bc it give me well....bad,...ummm...(trying to be lady-like) you can guess...so I leave it out! but i do replace the fat or am trying to!!

        Unfortunately it does ( for me ) ,... Sometimes I allow a slight Amt of yolk
        but one whole yolk and it's reaaallly bad news-

        On another note just had yummy double cheeseburger one slice no bun pickles and a salad I brought from home with mustard ( reg ) dressing

        anddddd half gal water down!!

          Lots of bun alternatives if you are looking for them. I have fallen in love with this one:

          3 TBSP golden flax meal
          1/2 tsp baking powder
          1 egg
          1.5 tsp butter
          1/4 tsp onion powder

          Mix dry, add wet, microwave for one minute in a small round/square container.

          Cut in half and use as a bun. I love it.
