    Back on the wagon!

    Hi everybody!
I've just started my first week of OWL (Rung 1) after completing my two week induction. I lost about 40 pounds on Atkins my freshman year of college and kept it off until I came back to the US after a year of studying abroad (about 3 years). I've gained 50 pounds since coming home last September! I'm about to graduate from college and this weight needs to come off so I can start my life.
    Happy losing, everyone!

What are you adding for your extra 5 net carbs of Induction vegetables?

spinach, broccoli, a little tomato. The other day was actually my first atkins try with cauliflower--I tried the fauxtato thing. But usually, I like sauteed spinach and garlic or stir-fried broccoli with shrimp. I do pretty big portions of those two veggies and usually add a tablespoon or two of garlic. I'm big on avocados two but those aren't atkins veggies, per se--and they are kind of expensive...

Avocado is fine ... it's a special category food on Induction. You're allowed 1/2. On OWL, you can have the other 1/2!

              Thanks, Liv and Sham!
I love garlic too. The carbs count as veggie carbs though, right?
