  • Hi everyone

    I have started this WOE many times before but tomorrow (4/13/2010) will be my last. I am tired of living like this, so tomorrow is the day I will mark as the start of a new life.

          I will not compare our journey to the many people who struggle with addicitions, but take one day at a time.....heck, one meal at a time.....and make the struggle become a habit with baby steps. You very well may fail at some point, whether on purpose or by accident, just have your brain pre-programmed to say, one mess up does not constitute failure and I will not pack-it-in if things seem to falter. Too many people say, "Oh, I messed up, what could one day or one weekend off plan do?!" Well that becomes two weeks and two months and two years!

          Find friends in here, or a diet buddy, and rely on them to get you through the tough times. We all need some "random stranger" help every now and again!

          Now Lets Rock!!!!!!
