    hi everyone, i've just googled for an atkins forum and this one came up! i started yesterday but being honest i feel awful today. going to have a look through the boards for some advice.

    anyways, my name is sarah, i am 22 from scotland. have 2 sons, my youngest is 5 months and i'm trying to shift the last of the baby weight.

    i weigh 10st 12lbs, think thats 152 lbs, (68.94kg?) and i am 5ft 7in tall.

    hope to stay here and make this diet work for me, at the moment i don't think i'll make it though

    Thinking you won't make it is the first step of failure. KNOW that you can do this. Look at how many people are successful with this WOE! The board is full of success stories.

    1) Read the book (DANDR 2002)
    2) Commit to this WOE
    3) No cheats, stick to the acceptable foods list

    You'll be through the hardest part in a few days. Set yourself some goals, and keep coming here for the support.

      I am very new here to. I started 5 weeks ago and felt the same way I gave up after 3 days. So I stopped drinking diet pop and switched to water only. I started again 6 days ago and feel completely different this time.. I feel great.
      Just wondering if maybe caffeine withdrawl is part of your problem ??
