    Hi I'm Beth
    One of my friends on Atkins recommended I join here so I have support, as hardly any of my friends or family take Atkins seriously due to its bad reputation in the media :/
    I am tall for a girl at 5 foot 10/11 but over the past year and a half my weight has gradually crept from 9 stone to over 11 stone - not happy! With my curves I can no longer model as I used to, so I am determined to get my figure back.
    Seem to have reached a plateau as for the past week I've been stuck on 148 after losing 7lbs ish over induction :/ Plan of action: cut out nuts again!
    And hope something starts to happen again
    Any tips for starting OWL without slowing weightloss too much?
    Height - 5'11"
    Start Weight - 155 pounds
    Current weight - 148 pounds
    Goal Weight - 133 pounds

    Nuts aren't allowed on Induction or OWL Rung 1.

    Do it "by the book" ... OWL Rung 1 is an additional 5 net carbs of Induction vegetables.

    Reread Chapter 14 in the book!

      Thanks Yeah I found that out, its because the book I have is New Atkins where it allows you to be more flexible with what you add back in first in OWL, but I'm now going back to no nuts and more veggies as you said

        That New book really pushes veggies. Foundation veggies they call it so I think you should be eating a lot of it.
        Flexibility is one of those things... works for some - others take advantage of it and try to find loopholes and then they end up not doing too well.
