One of my friends on Atkins recommended I join here so I have support, as hardly any of my friends or family take Atkins seriously due to its bad reputation in the media :/
I am tall for a girl at 5 foot 10/11 but over the past year and a half my weight has gradually crept from 9 stone to over 11 stone - not happy! With my curves I can no longer model as I used to, so I am determined to get my figure back.
Seem to have reached a plateau as for the past week I've been stuck on 148 after losing 7lbs ish over induction :/ Plan of action: cut out nuts again!
And hope something starts to happen again
Any tips for starting OWL without slowing weightloss too much?
