This is my first time trying Atkin's, but I have been moving toward low carb eating for a while. I am really excited that I found this forum, and already recognize a few of the super stars from all of my lurking and blog reading.
Today was day 2, but I have made a couple of mistakes, like having sugar cured bacon. I have every intention of staying on induction until I see real progress. The only thing I miss having is a glass of wine here and there. I am not sure if it is going to work to my advantage or not, but all of the foods that I crave are the ones that we get to eat. My problem is not so much what I eat, but how much I eat! I really need to work on portion control.
