  • I'm back...........

    This is my third time around. I have recently passed my second start point. I have vowed to myself that once I get below 200 I will NEVER go there again. I am loosing slower this time but feel less deprived. I know this is my life now. I look at sweets, breads, pasta, etc. and think "poison". It was killing me.
    We are in this together.

    Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

    now that you realize these things, you could very well be on your way to a lifetime of eating... the atkins woe!
