Hi, this is my first time to this site. I just had my third child in November and now I really need to lose the weight. I did Atkins seriously about 17years ago while in high school but since then have only cut out carbs when I needed to lose a few pounds. I have now decided I need to really focus on some weight loss. This week on Monday I decided to start watching my carbs again but now I am really ready to do the whole induction phase to really help start me off right. There is so much on this site I am still looking at everything. Not sure where to start first. I plan on tomorrow being my first day of induction. I hope to read thru a lot of your post and get some great tips and advise. Thanks for reading this and wish me well!
