Hi everyone,I am new to this site. I have been on atkins since January 30th and have lost 16 lbs. I have been stalled as far as the scale goes but feel i am still losing slowly. I have been eating the bars which even though they say are appropriate for phase I, I believe they may be the culprit. This diet does work and you can make it a lifestyle. My goal is to lose 30 more lbs and hopefully by june 15th.

with cheese on top fried and 1/4 c broccoli and 5 bread and butter chips sugar free 1 carb. Any thing in here that is causing me to stahl. I also drink probably 3 cups of coffee a day with real cream and splenda but I always have since day 1. Thanks in advance.
