    New member - BlueDun. First did Atkin's about 30 years ago - still fat - trying again. It makes me tired just to think about it; how foolish I was not to stick to it but it's a new day and a new chance to succeed.

            Welcome back to Atkins!

            The book you read 30 years ago must have been Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution. I don't know if that's the one you're going by now... but keep in mind that ADBB follows Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002), so some of the advice you see being given here might be different from what you did.
