  • NEW and on my first day :)

    Hey everybody! This is my first day, and i am feeling great i have only eaten 8 carbs today, and 2 chicken legs,, and i just don't feel hungry..... usally i am soooooooo hungry all the time, but... also: when should i start weightinh myself?

    PS. i am looking forward to beeing thin this summer ,, i am looking forward to shop! i love the gossip-girl style: the dresses and shirts ect. but i can never fit into things like that!,, well that's about to change!!!!

    You need more carbs.

    That's up to you.

    You eat from the Acceptable Foods for Induction list ... chapter 11 of your book.

      THANKS! will i loose less weight if i eat less?

      I have eaten this today:

      4 slices of cheese (20 g. per. slice)= 4 carbs
      cucumber half cup= 3 carbs
      2 slices of chicken legs= 0 carbs
      1 eg hard boiled= 1 carb

      It's 8 pm in Denmark right now, i won't be eating more today, i'm not hungry

      pounds lost: 5,5
      pounds to go!: 16,4
      Status: starting over

        Generally not. Eating less is counterproductive on Atkins and it often leads to putting your body in famine mode.

        That's a whole meal for some people. You're undereating.

          I WILL eat more tomorrow, i will start planing a 20-carb day, now.
