    Hi I am new to this forum

    Hi my name is Jodi and I am new here. I have done Atkins last year from may to Dec and I lost a total of 38 pounds (with exercise) so I think some was probably muscle so I might have lost more Idk. I was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis and will be receiving a new hip in the near future. So I want to be serious about getting in control of my eating habits so when the time comes I am not as heavy...and alot more healthy.

    Its nice to be here.......
