Hi, everyone. My name is Amanda. I have been super overweight all of my life. I've tried numerous diets. I am going to be 28 next month. I am just so tired of starting every day with "what diet will make me thin today" and letting food run my life. I am ready for a lifestyle change, not a diet. I am ready to make a commitment for the rest of my life that will allow me to be healthy. I am so excited, and look forward to sharing the journey. I know that this time will be different.

Welcome Amanda, you have the right outlook. Hold on fast to the plan and try not to let the scale dictate how you feel. As you start feel free to ask questions, ask for hints, etc. Start a journal on the journal chats forum-- it helps to reflect on why you eat and also the neighborhood there will check up on you like.
