    Hi i'm new to this forum& the computer pretty much I just wana tell everone good luck & don't give up even if you have set backs don't give up it aint over til you give up so let's do this tone up slim down feel better look better I look forward to chattin with you.
    Hello everyone I've heard the sayin a picture is a worth a thousand words I really got to understand that when a friend of mine took a picture of me& I really saw just how much my weight had gotten out of control. I felt the impact of extra weight just been in denial NO MORE I want myself BACK so i'm ready for my fight.I might take a few blows but in the end i'm doing the knocking out.

        Hi and welcome!! Glad you found the board and decided to join and post! Any questions you have just ask, we try to help each other here and not be judgemental.

        Have you read the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution book? It's what we go by here - if you don't have a copy and can't find one locally www.amazon.com or www.half.com has them - look under "used" copies for an inexpensive one.

        Check Linda's recipe site for wonderful meal ideas Linda's Low Carb Menus & Recipes - Home there are so many wonderful things to eat you won't get bored eating the same thing over and over. Variety is key to following this plan for life!

        Good luck to you -- start a journal and you'll be surprised how many new friends you meet!!
