Hi, I've joined this forum because I enjoy reading and posting different atkins recipes.
I'm probably not the traditional 'atkins' dieter because I use the atkins diet to cut down for weight training.
I weight train 5 times every 10 days and on the 11th day I eat carbs for 36 hours.
However for those 10 days I live in induction, so less than 20 carbs per day. This is actually called a Cyclical Ketogenic Diet, but this forum seems like it would still be very relevant.

I think this also shows that atkins can be useful to people of all sizes. I've been doing this for a few weeks, my current weight is about 170lbs and I'm looking to cut down to about 157.
