    just ended week 1 of induction!

    SO excited! just ended week 1 of induction (followed the book to a TEE) and lost 9 pounds!!!!!

    i have NEVER, EVER, EVER lost that much in even a month on another program. I am just thrilled, filled with energy and my cravings are gone.

    just started my mom on the program today after telling her about my week 1 success.

    thank you all for your help----you may never know who reads your helpful hints as they persuse this board, however, i read throughout the week and picked up many helpful tidbits!
