    Welcome from Nz
    Great you have you here.
I don't know how much weight you want to move but for most people is it very normal to see pauses. I think someone yesterday posted about a 7 month pause. That is a bit long but just to illustrate that we have them
Products are stallers so if you had a lot of shakes and bars you may want to cut them out and see if you do better without. Most of us long timer here do not use them at all. We rely on whole foods for the most part.

I am on Atkins an I make my own low carb bread for the odd occation. And on induction you may try flax muffins or revolution rolls. Those make most people satisfied enough to keep going

Welcome -- you can use one of the many free programs to help with your daily carb intake - I use www.fitday.com and find it easy enough to use. Like Liv said, the shakes and bars aren't necessary (or advisable) to use as they slow down weight loss for many people and the ingredients aren't listed on the acceptable food list in the 2002 Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) book we follow here on this board.

Make sure you are drinking enough pure water, 64 ounces pure water (64 ounces equals 1.89 approx litre) daily - more is better but this is in the minimum. Are you exercising to help keep your weight loss going?

      Good luck to you.
      Carole

You have to make some changes. It is convenience foods that make us fat. Rely on it and you will likely get no where. Water is a pretty essential ingredinet on this diet and so it veggies. If you do shakes and bars you are not getting in your vegetables which you should.

For flax muffin recipe do a search for one minute flax muffin
